we send a contact pack to the landlord and tenants after agreement is signed 

when your tenants or you report a problem to you, or your letting agent, we are notified and we arrange a visit with the tenant ect, to complete the works, if the works needed exceeds the £160.00 inc. vat, we notify you of the extra charge if any. a full receipt is produced for your records
